- All custom, programmable, or made-to-order products—including LED matrix signs, customized LED lights, and custom-fit blinds—are Final Sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
- These items are only eligible for replacement or repair if they are proven to be defective upon delivery.
Standard, Non-Custom Items
For standard, non-customized stock items (if applicable):
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unaltered, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- A 15% restocking fee may apply to approved returns of standard items.
Damaged or Defective Items (7-Day Reporting Window)
- You must inspect your package immediately upon arrival.
- Any defects, physical damage, or missing components must be reported to us within 7 business days of delivery.
- Required Proof: You must email info@acrodistributors.ca with your order number, a clear description of the issue, and high-quality photos or video showing the defect.
Return Shipping Logistics
